Dedicated virtual (Zoom) training course that covers all elements of the CanadaGAP program, HACCP, and auditor skills. This course is not only required for anyone interested in becoming a CanadaGAP auditor, but is also excellent for farms and operations wanting a more in-depth understanding of the program. This course will include all of the updates and clarifications for the 2027 growing season. This course will be split up over two weeks to allow for greater flexibility.
